Stakeholder Members

Promoting Stakeholder Policy Proposals for Public Consideration:

Civil Arizona is designed to create an environment where significant legislation goes through a public vetting process. Our stakeholder members have the opportunity to transparently present their proposals, obtain public comment and have their proposal be considered side-by-side against other proposals.

We currently are seeking Stakeholder Members to present their specific policy proposal.

Civil Arizona provides the following lobbying services to stakeholder members:

♦ Controlling dedicated space on the Civil Arizona website
♦ Effectively responding to public review of your proposal
♦ Directly communicating with all members of the legislature

Civil Arizona provides the following public relations services to stakeholder members:

♦ Building citizen group coalitions at our Stakeholder Summits
♦ Promoting your proposals' support in our CIVILUTION newsletters
♦ Presenting your debate conclusions in our CIVILUTION magazine

Civil Anna

"We as a nation should no longer settle for backroom negotiated legislation that contains confusing terms and conditions that secretly progresses through a complex legislative procedure.

I strongly believe the best public policy is the policy that has been systematically and openly discussed in the public marketplace of ideas."

Citizen Group Members

Providing Legislative Lobbying Services to Citizen Groups:

Civil Arizona offers citizen groups the opportunity to participate in commenting on specific proposals and expressing their policy preferences across different proposals.

We divide Citizen Group Members into eighteen different categories and we limit citizen group participation to selected groups per citizen category.

Civil Arizona provides the following lobbying services to citizen group members:

♦ Create awareness of various proposals being discussed
♦ Offer the ability to comment on the terms of each policy proposal
♦ Build political coalitions through participation in our Stakeholder Summits

Civil Arizona offers the following public relations services to citizen group members:

♦ Promote your group's policy preferences to legislators in our CIVILUTION newsletters and to a targeted audience in our CIVLUTION magazine.

Civil Anna

"Citizen groups are at a huge disadvantage because they don't have a lobbyist to make campaign contributions to build political relationships necessary to influence the legislative process.

In fact, this lobbying activity is so critical (and difficult) that even most Arizona governmental agencies have to hire an established lobbyist to help them navigate through the legislative process."

Political Candidate Members

Providing an Effective Political Campaign Tool

Civil Arizona is designed to create a political environment where candidates are expected to participate in a meaningful and systematic debate about specific policy issues in order to be elected.

We offer our Political Candidate Members the following campaign services.

♦ Inclusion of your race in our selected political races
♦ Developing name recognition through your survey responses
♦ Ability to present detailed policy preferences on the Civil Arizona website
♦ Promotion of your policy preferences compared to your opponent in our CIVILUTION newsletters and magazine

Civil Anna

"Today's political process involves insider endorsements and special interests funding to win an election. As a result, candidates' policy preferences are heavily influenced by insiders and special interests.

Like the majority of Arizonans I am looking for political candidates who show the courage to articulate their policy preferences."

Private Citizen Involvement

Citizen Political Involvement

Civil Arizona is about policy development and not popularity polls. We are designed to involve knowledge groups in meaningful discussions considering realistic policy alternatives. As such, Civil Arizona offers no products or services to the general public.

For individuals who wish to submit information links, suggestions, corrections, Contact Civil Arizona and our editorial staff will select items to post under the Civil Arizona logo.
