"Arizona’s public policy is perceived to be heavily influenced by political insiders and powerful lobbying interests.
Left out of the equation are citizen groups with a direct interest in the outcomes of policy decisions.
Civil Arizona provides citizen groups the opportunity to clearly express their policy preferences on critical issues facing the state.
These citizen groups preferences can then be objectively and transparently compared to the policy preferences of the state’s elected officials, 2010 political candidates and policy insiders.
